304/316 stainless steel
The machine is available in 304 or 316 stainless steel, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The 316 stainless steel option offers enhanced resistance in more demanding or corrosive environments, making the machine suitable for long-term use in food processing applications.
Omron Temperature Control
The Omron temperature control system enables precise and stable water temperature regulation, helping achieve consistent shrinkage and a smooth, professional package finish.
Automatic/Manual lifting mode
Switch freely between automatic and manual modes. Automatic mode supports 0–99s adjustable lifting time and continuous cycling, while manual mode allows switch-controlled platform lifting for flexible hot water shrinkage.
Low liquid level protection
When the water level drops below the safety limit, heating automatically stops to prevent dry heating and protect the machine.
Magnesium Anode Rod Protection
The built-in magnesium anode rod provides additional corrosion protection for the heating tank by reducing the impact of water-related corrosion. It helps protect the tank and heating components, reduce scale and corrosion buildup, maintain stable heating performance, and extend the service life of the machine.
14kW High-Power Heating
Equipped with a 14kW high-power heating system, the machine delivers rapid and efficient water heating, significantly reducing warm-up time. Fast temperature recovery helps maintain stable water temperature during continuous operation, enabling quick and consistent hot water shrinkage while improving overall production efficiency.

The ST-6050 Hot Water Shrink Machine features a compact structure and heavy-duty casters, making it easy to move and position according to different production requirements.
