Immersion Hot Water Shrink Process
After vacuum sealing, packaged products are loaded onto the conveyor and automatically fed into the machine. The conveyor system lowers the products into the heated water tank for controlled shrink processing based on preset parameters.
When the shrinking cycle is complete, the lifting mechanism raises and transfers the products out automatically, improving packaging appearance, consistency, and production efficiency.
Openable Machine Body Design
The machine body features an openable design, providing convenient access for cleaning, inspection, and routine maintenance. Operators can easily open the structure to clean internal areas, remove residues, and check key components, reducing maintenance difficulty and saving service time.
